Vancouver painter Brian Roche isolates and then envelops subliminal nuances retained from our ceaseless exposure to popular culture. Roche playfully urges conventional understanding towards an overhauling -- a few deft maneuvers, knowing nudges and winks -- result in a spontaneous reassessment of the immense potential for political realism in the coming decade.
